I think song and dance are a very important part of our lives. With dance, its one of the few recreational activities out there where you can simultaneously burn calories while having fun with your friends. Personally, I love to dance and can now see why so many of those dance/aerobic hybrid type classes have emerged. You know the Zumba, Tao-Bo, whatever they're called. Here we have who is in my opinion the greatest dancer alive right now, David Bernal aka David Elsewhere. He is an experimental Pop/Lock/B-Boy/Strobe dancer. Dance can also be very self empowering promoting highly individualistic freedom of expression. And nobody displays this type of self expression better than David.
