Gathering Your Thoughts
It's very healthy to get your ideas out and down on some sort of log or notepad. It not only helps you in gathering and organizing your thoughts, but gives you a good sense of self awareness. It's the mind speaking out loud and then getting recorded. A good strategy indeed in finding your center. Unusually & Uniquely Effective
Sometimes trying out a completely new exercise all together can be good because you just might fall in love. When approaching any new exercise you must do so very cautiously. Even trying a new exercise that is entirely your own being a variation of something else can even work. It's good to sometimes step outside of what your used too. Here we have the current #1 mixed martial artist in the world Anderson Silva demonstrating a unique training routine him and his team came up with on their own. Keep in mind this man is a cage fighter, yet he somehow is able to apply this part of his training into his job. Really makes you think, doesn't it?
